Western Nigeria

Most people in Western Nigeria have moved from the savannah to big cities, like Lagos. The Yoruba are the largest ethnic group. One fifth of Nigerians speak some form of Yoruba, which is a language that has many different dialects. Wealthier people live in apartments and less wealthy people live in shacks. The artwork of the Yoruba honors kings. Yoruba people who live in cities commute to the country, and Yoruba women sell things in street markets.
